What we offer
Individual Therapy and Counselling
The personal goals you’ve set for yourself and your mental health are unique. As are the challenges you may be facing.
Therapy isn’t a “quick fix” or “one-size-fits-all” process. It’s an individual journey where you’re intentionally guided towards your goals, values and what matters most to you.
You can expect a safe space to freely explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours—from a place of curiosity instead of judgement. By doing so, you awaken to different views and insightful perspectives. We focus less on the problems and more on the solutions that will help bring positive change into your present and future.
In collaboration with you, we create a personalized plan that may include a combination of evidence-based practices. You’ll gain tangible skills to help you manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. These skills will allow you to become more confident in coping with obstacles, even after you’ve completed therapy.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy strives to nurture the existing bond between you and your partner and to nourish future growth of your relationship.
Many people think couples therapy is a last resort, but in fact it can be proactive by helping to build on key aspects of a relationship like communication, trust, validation, and empathy. Couples therapy is for all types of relationships including common-law, long-term dating, marriages and more.
A wide range of topics can be addressed in counselling such as feelings of disconnect, recurring conflict, intimacy issues and more.
Sessions are with a registered professional who holds space for each person equally in a safe environment.
Child & Youth Therapy
Therapy supports children and young people presenting with anxiety, relationship difficulties, social skills, behavioural issues, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, loss and grief, separation and divorce, trauma.
Child and youth therapy is gentle, kind, authentic, attentive and playful allowing the therapeutic process to unfold and tailoring the approach and pace according to the needs of the child/youth. We use elements of play therapy, art and creativity, sand tray, puppets, bibliotherapy alongside talk therapy in order to help children and youth share their story and perspective, connect with their inner resources and develop their resilience, learn strategies to manage difficult feelings, be creative and playful, manage transitions effectively and build a secure relationship with themselves and others.
Therapy can also be done with parents and caregivers who may need support to understand and walk with their children while they go through changes and want to enhance their child-parent relationship.
Show up as you are and connect with others who are in a similar season of life. Group therapy offers a sense of community—you can take comfort in knowing that you’re not alone in what you’re facing while feeling encouraged through the collective shared experiences.
